All packages are minimum spend.
As long as you meet the minimum spend on food or drinks, there is no room hire fee.
What is minimum spend?
The minimum spend refers to the required minimum amount you must spend on food or drinks during your karaoke reservation - strictly in your room. Any purchases made from the bar will not be counted towards the minimum spend.
How long is my booking?
All bookings start at 2 hours, with the option to extend hourly for an additional fee.
What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit goes towards meeting your minimum spend. This is usually 30% of the room's minimum spend. The balance will be paid on the night prior to starting your time in the room.
What happens if l am running late?
Your start time can be delayed however the end time still remains unchanged from the original booking. There will be no refund or reduction in minimum spend for all late arrivals.
Do you have public holiday surcharges?
Our public holiday surcharge is 15%.
