Karaoke Room Pricing and Bookings

PLEASE READ THIS INFO CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
By booking, you accept all these conditions along with the full terms and conditions that can be viewed by clicking the link below the price table.

All packages are minimum spend.
As long as you meet the minimum spend on food or drinks, there is no room hire fee.

What is minimum spend?
The minimum spend refers to the required minimum amount you must spend on food or drinks during your karaoke reservation - strictly in your room. Any purchases made from the bar will not be counted towards the minimum spend.

How long is my booking?
All bookings start at 2 hours, with the option to extend hourly for an additional fee.

What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit goes towards meeting your minimum spend. This is usually 30% of the room's minimum spend. The balance will be paid on the night prior to starting your time in the room.

What happens if l am running late?
Your start time can be delayed however the end time still remains unchanged from the original booking. There will be no refund or reduction in minimum spend for all late arrivals.

Do you have public holiday surcharges?
Our public holiday surcharge is 15%.

  • Your booking time starts at the time you have chosen when booked, not at time of arrival at the venue.
  • At the end of allocated time, please vacate the booth in a timely manner, unless expressly approved by a staff member. Please leave the premises in the same tidy condition in which it was found.
  • No Smoking or Vaping, penalty exceeds $5,000. Our fire alarms are highly sensitive and a breach of this condition will trigger the fire alarm. Guest(s) will be responsible for the callout fee.
  • No BYO drinks. All BYO drinks will be confiscated and returned at the end of your booking.
  • Management reserves the right to end your booking early and require you to pay in full if BYO is consumed in The Venue.
  • All patrons must provide a valid 18+ I.D. upon request. We only accept driver’s licence & permits issued within Australia, Australian & International passports, proof of age cards and Keypass identity cards. We do not accept any form of international drivers licence, student IDs or photos of I.D.
  • Under 18s are welcome at The Venue Karaoke only from WED-FRI. They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Food must be purchased for minor/s to be present in the karaoke room and minor/s must leave the venue before 11pm.
  • YSH can refuse entry or ask a person to leave if they are unduly intoxicated, they must do so immediately.
  • Unfinished spirit bottles can be banked and kept for up to 3 months. Any bottles past the 3 month period will no longer be kept.
  • Price and availability are subject to changes due to our suppliers.
  • Should you wish to bring a cake, there will be a cakeage fee of $30 per booking.
  • Public holiday and credit card surcharges apply.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Shoes must be worn at all times & clothing must be worn at all times; nudity is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to the equipment will be passed onto the patron(s). This includes, but is not limited to the following; microphones, furniture, glassware, TVs & any electronic units. Any damages will be paid on the night. For any vomit, graffiti a $200 fee will be passed onto the customer. No standing on the tables or the sofas
  • The Venue reserves the right to check all bags upon entry and exit, we accept no responsibility for any personal property lost.
    CCTV is operational in all areas at all times for everyone’s safety. These cameras do not operate in toilets due to privacy laws.
