We’re delighted to host your event and want to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and memorable experience. Please take a moment to review the following booking terms and venue policies.

Booking & Timing

• Your session starts at the booked time, not when you arrive. Please note that the last 30 mins on your booking time is reserved for cleaning.
• Please vacate your booth or private room promptly at the end of your allocated session unless an extension has been pre-approved by our team.
• We kindly ask that the space be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of your booking.

Venue Policies

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the venue. Our fire alarms are highly sensitive, and any activation may incur a call-out fee exceeding $5,000, which will be charged to the responsible guest(s).
• No BYO drinks are permitted. Any brought-in beverages will be safely stored and returned at the end of your booking.
• Consumption of BYO alcohol within the venue will result in your booking being concluded early, with full payment still required.
• All guests must present valid photo identification upon request. Accepted forms of ID include:
  
  • Australian driver’s licences or learner permits
  • Australian or international passports
  • Proof of Age or Keypass cards
    We are unable to accept international driver licences, student cards, or photos of ID.

Under 18s

• Guests under 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Food must be purchased for minors to remain in karaoke rooms, and all under-18 guests must depart the venue by 11:00 pm.

Responsible Service

• YSH observes the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
• Guests who appear unduly intoxicated may be refused service or asked to leave and must do so immediately when requested.
• Unfinished bottles of spirits may be securely stored (“banked”) for up to three months. After this period, unclaimed bottles will be respectfully disposed of.

Pricing & Fees

• Prices and availability are subject to change based on supplier conditions.
• Public holiday and credit card surcharges apply.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Conduct & Safety

• Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times. Nudity is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are expected to treat the venue and equipment with care.
  Any damage to microphones, furniture, glassware, TVs, or other items will be charged on the night.
• A cleaning fee for any unnecessary mess made will be passed onto the patron(s). This includes, but is not limited to sticker, confetti, vomit, toilet messes beyond ordinary use & stains to furniture & flooring. The cleaning fee is a minimum of $200. Any cleaning fees will be paid on the night.
• Please refrain from standing on tables or sofas.

Security & Personal Belongings

• Yum Sing House reserves the right to inspect bags upon entry or exit.
• We accept no responsibility for lost or unattended personal belongings.
• For everyone’s safety, CCTV operates throughout the venue at all times (excluding restrooms, in accordance with privacy laws).
